Camping Joy!

Recently we took an adventure up to Madera Canyon! Woohoo! So fun!  I have the best little family in the whole world!  :) It was Zion and Ellie's first camping trip, so we chose to stay close to home.  And it was so perfect!  It got too hot during the middle parts of the day. .. so we made the quick 30 minute drive back to Monny and Poppy's pool and went swimming! Best camping ever! :) We had so much fun! We serve such an awesome God who made such a GORGEOUS world for us to abide in!  And what a treat to have this beauty right in our own backyard!

Ellie did so great!  She LOVES being outside!!  She is SUCH a good baby!  I am so blessed by her!  Constantly talking, constantly moving, Smiles so freely,  and almost giggling!  Laying on the air mattress and being sort of popped up a little was quite a happy experience for her!  :) SO FUN! !  She is almost 3 months old! Time flys when you're having fun! ! 

11 Weeks

Precious baby girl is growing so much! She's even trying to crawl! Eeek!

Happy Birthday to my Love!

We're 27! :) You FINALLY caught up to me!  :) I had to be 27 for a whole 12 days without you! :) We love you so much!  You're such an amazing husband, daddy and best friend! Love you so much!    Ellie was rather slept on her Daddy's day!  We went swimming and he arms and legs did not stop moving for the whole hour she was in!  She loves it! Yay! !

The Letter I

Working on the letter "I" today in school with Mr Z. Had lots of fun playing with colored ice,  learning about temperature and  how that effects liquids and solids, Igloos, and lots of singing the "I" sing on the computer!  A fun school day so far!  He sucks up so much information I like to have our days pretty planed out so we can go right from one thing to the next!  He's brilliant and is way beyond most preschool activities,  so he keeps me busy just trying to find fun and challenging things for him to stay engaged with.
    Miss Ellie turned 10 weeks old this weekend!  She is SO fun!  Constant motion!  Lots of smiles,  responds with cooing when talking to her,  loves her brother,  rolls easily from back to front,  and is becoming rather attached to momma.  :) LOVE my red headed little girl! 

We have the 2 most amazing children EVER!  SO blessed and privileged to get to spend my days with them! !

Uncle Joshy ' s New Place

Uncle Joshy now has his own little place! And we got to visit! :) it's only about 45 minutes away,  but we were all excited to see him and, as Zion says,  his new hotel! We went swimming and uncle josh took Zion to get popcorn from the office! :) what an adventure! :)  Fun fun.  We do miss uncle Joshy being close,  but we are proud of him and excited for this new chapter he's beginning!

Zion's Bike Blessing

God is good! Last week a bike we had ordered Zion for his birthday came in the mail.... broken. Poor guy was very sad!  We took it back to the store on Sunday and also bought him a helmet that he loved and fit him correctly.   And I reordered the bike yesterday morning,  despite the fact that it had went up in price over $20! ...Meanwhile,  On Saturday evening we had went to a bike safety event, organized by our town, and entered Zion to win the grand prize of a new bike.  We had to leave early though,  so I happily gave our tickets to some old friends who also have a 4 yr old boy, hoping they would win a bike for him!      Well,  yesterday, this friend called and said that we had actually won the bike!  They had put it together for their son and their son had chosen to pass on it to give it to Zion. ... and they left it on our front porch! :) WHAT A BLESSING!  Zion was so excited when he opened the front door after his nap!  His very first bike!  :) So, enjoy these pictures of Zion's first bike ride, and know that we serve a God who not only meets our every NEED,  but also provides our wants as well! In His perfect timing He will provide for us!  Thank you Lord!  And also thank you to these friends who passed on this blessing to us! They have raised and are raising some awesome kiddos!!
