My friend and I made this yesterday and it was AmAzInG! I loved it and just thought i'd share it with ya'll! (i'm doing thisfrom memory and I approximate practically everything when I cook...so sorry in advance!)
4 Granny Smith Apples
4 Gala Apples
1 pkg cream cheese(softened)
2 cups whipped cream
1 (big can) pineapple tidbits
Half+ bag of mini marshmallows
Small bag of chopped up peanuts(optional)
Core and chop up the apples into bite sized pieces. In large bowl, whip the cream cheese and whip cream. Slowly pour in just the pineapple juice from the can of tidbits, and whip that all up. Then stir in the apples, pineapple, and marshmallows. Mix well and chill. Before serving pour nuts over the top. And ENJOY!
This is SO good and I couldn't wait to eat it for breakfast this morning! This recipe makes alot and when I make it i'll probably half it...FYI. =) Ok, have a blessed day! xoxoxo
